Shopify is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms that run online and offline for building a website that contains your online store. We recommend syncing your customers' data collected via Nextsale widgets back to your Shopify admin. This is important because it helps you respect your customer’s settings and it’s also necessary to help you comply with anti-spam regulations. You can easily integrate the Nextsale subscribers' list with your Shopify customer list following this guide.
To sync Nextsale subscriber data back to your Shopify admin, follow the steps below:
1. Sing-up/log in to your Nextsale account, and visit the Integrations tab from the left bar in the dashboard. Search for Shopify and select it Shopify Customer List.
2. Click on the "Connect Shopify Customer List" button.
Note: You might be asked to update the access scopes for the app.
3. Make sure the integration is enabled and the toggle is ON, then click on the "Save changes" button.
Check the Shopify Customers to see the data we imported.
Note:
Integration is available and working in Paid versions of Nextsale.
As soon as you integrate the Nextsale subscribers list with Shopify Customer List, we'll sync all subscribers. We'll sync information about subscribers like first_name, last_name, email address, and phone number.
All subscribers coming from Nextsale will be with the tag: source:nextsale.
Shopify might filter some invalid email addresses and phone numbers.
It might take a few seconds to sync all your list data to capture on the Shopify Customers List.
We sync new subscribers instantly.
If you don't see any subscribers on your Shopify Customers List, check your integration status (refer to step #2).
Congratulations! Now, you've connected Nextsale Subscribers with Shopify Customer List.
