You can create a Social Proof campaign to display reviews and ratings that are retrieved from the Capterra Company URL on your website pages.
Note: Make sure you have enabled the integration, otherwise, Nextsale won't able to display notifications. Read the article to learn how to connect Nextsale with Capterra.
To create a Social Proof campaign with Capterra reviews and ratings, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Nextsale Dashboard and click on the "Add new" or "Add new campaign" button.
2. Select the "Social Proof Popup" type and click on the "Create campaign" button.
3. Select one of the Capterra templates that you prefer to display and click on it.
4. Next, follow the steps in Nextsale campaign builder to customize your review notifications, such as choosing the position and style of the notifications, as well as where, when, and how often you want to display them. Then, just hit the "Publish" button.
5. You're done! Going forward, new Capterra reviews will be sent to your Nextsale Events page and shown on your website in real-time.
To edit the message/behavior of your Capterra notifications, simply visit the Campaigns page while logged in to the Nextsale account, and edit the 'Social Proof' campaign.
