We identify the user's name and surname while he/she logging in and leave the email address, or by checking the public database.

If we could not identify the name and surname of the user we recognize this user as anonymous. For those anonymous users, we generate random names and surnames to make it easy to identify in the lead list and other sections of the dashboard.

As soon as we identify the users' names and surnames, we update all lists with real names and surnames automatically.

Randomly generated names and surnames of anonymous users will not appear in the exported file.

All users are real persons and do not include any bot. All automated bots are excluded from triggers totalizer therefore it is not affecting your subscription quota usage at all.
